The latest buzz is that item girl Rakhi Sawant actually dump Elesh Parujanwala out of her life. Reportedly Rakhi didn't liked Elesh’s western ways, his fluent English and that he told that their baby should be born in Canada.


Although Elesh left for Canada Rakhi Sawant has been finding fault with him and highlighted his smallest mistakes. However, Rakhi Sawant refused to comment on the topic saying it was too personal.

With this, their love affair and dream of getting married to each other came to an end and now Rakhi Sawant has decided to move on with life and will be seen setting the dance floor on fire with her performances on the new reality dance show Zara Nach Ke Dikha.

When Rakhi-Elesh break up

When Rakhi Sawant actually threw Elesh Parujanwala out of her life there was still some hope that the grand 23-episode of Rakhi Ka Swayamvar would actually end in marriage at some point. According to the reports, Rakhi Sawant didn’t liked Elesh’s western ways, his fluent English and when he said that their baby should be born in Canada ended with the sad note that Rakhi won’t marry him and she broke off the engagement.


When asked about the split Rakhi Sawant said that she can’t understand his fluent English, he can’t understand her Hindi at all.

With this the marriage came to an end.

Elesh feeling cheated

"For me, it was reality and for her, it was a show” says Elesh Parujanwala for actress Rakhi Sawant. Elesh has now broken silence about her fiancée Rakhi Sawant. Recently he has told the media person that - She (Rakhi Sawant) just said I am too good for her and I should find someone better.

Elesh had got engaged to item girl Rakhi Sawant on the reality show ‘Rakhi ka Swayamvar’ in August. Their relationship started souring up as Elesh came to know about Sawant's antics. Rakhi had called him a “firangi” and an “uncultured man”, on national television.

“She should not judge me on my upbringing. Our relationship has become a huge drama. Ever since we’ve been together, she has tried her best to get rid of me,” says Elesh. “She saw this relationship as a big boost for her career. I became a scapegoat. I invested everything I had in this relationship and I was shattered when it ended,” he says.

The final breaking came in their relationship when two found it impossible to get along while performing tasks on the TV show, ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’. That’s when Sawant called off the engagement.

Elesh is feeling cheated with Rakhi’s behaviour.

Rakhi’s drama

Rakhi's drama never goes unnoticed. And this time they had to bear the wrath of angry parents of Kubair because of their acts on NDTV Imagine's reality show 'Pati Patni Aur Woh'. Rakhi Sawant and Elesh Parujanwala got intimate in front of their pre-teen kid Kubair which angered his parents.

It happened like this. Rakhi and Elesh had a heated arguement on some issue, and it got so worse that they even decided to part away. But suddenly things changed and within some time they started coochy-cooing with each other in front of Kubair. Kubair's parents strongly objected to their public display of affection. They expressed their displeasure over their irresponsible behavior.

But it is very easy for Rakhi to tackle controversies as she put the whole blame on Elesh. Says a source, “It was hilarious to see Rakhi smoothly slipping the noose over Elesh instead! She blamed him for getting naughty with her. What's more she also said she was just being a dutiful Indian girl who goes by every single wish of her betrothed!”

Rakhi and her tussles

The show Pati Patni Aur Woh is in its early stages, but Rakhi Sawant
and Elesh Parujanwala already seem to have a tussle in between them.
The tussle erupted when one day Rakhi became stubborn to go out and
insisted Elesh to stay at home. She explained him saying that she will
go out for work and he should take care of the baby Sia. At first
Elesh could not agree to Rakhi's suggestion and they fought over it
but later on Elesh agreed to stay back and do all the household work.

That day Rakhi learnt the art of folding towels, and also cleaned the
windows, while Elesh took best care of baby Sia. But when Rakhi
returned she complained on Sia's indifference and again she and Elesh
fought over it.

Rakhi and Elesh will be hosting a reality show

Rakhi Sawant and Elesh Parujanwala will be seen together on a reality show coming up on NDTV Imagine. The channel is in no mood to let the couple go after the success of the show Rakhi Ka Swyamvar and plans to have them in their new reality show based on the UK reality show The Baby Borrowers.

The show will see Rakhi and Elesh compete with for other couples. The original format of the show requires the couple to grow up kids by setting up a home, getting a job and becoming caring parents to babies, toddlers, pre-teens having pets and teenagers. They also have take care of senior citizens in the family in a span of three weeks.

The other couples signed for the show include Shilpa and Apurva Agnihotri, Juhi and Sachin Shroff, Mouni Roy and Gaurav Chopra. After getting engaged in full public glare this will be a perfect opportunity for Rakhi and Elesh to prove their compatibility on screen. Rakhi and Elesh's entry will soar the TRPs to the top again. Rakhi being a non-vegetarian loves to eat Mexican, Chinese food including Sweet and sour chicken with fried rice.

Rakhi talks to Elesh's parents

Rakhi Sawant wanted to meet Elesh Parujanwala’s family after meeting the families of Kshitij Jain, Manmohan Tiwari and Manas katyal. Elesh Parujanwala is a businessman from Toronto, Canada.

Although Elesh's parents are basically from Gujarat, they stay in Toronto, Canada. So the crew of NDTV Imagine arranged to hold a tele-conference with his family from Mumbai.




Elesh took Rakhi Sawant to the room, where a video-conference with his parents was organised already. He introduced Rakhi to his parents.

Talking to Rakhi, Elesh's father assured her, "Rakhi, you can continue to work even after the marriage. For few days, you can work in India and another few days in Canada."

Then Elesh introduced Rakhi Sawant to his sister Brinda, who is a teacher by profession and get married soon, his grandmother Joker Ben and his friends Gaurav and Saheb.

At last, Elesh was very happy after getting positive response from his family and friends. Rakhi Sawant also enjoyed talking to them. He asked her whether she would marry him. She said, "Right from the beginning of Swayamwar, I've got positive opinion about you. I see my perfect husband in you. But you have to wait for little more time.”
