In its early stages they had a tussle one day. That day Rakhi had become stubborn to go out and insisted Elesh to stay at home and take care of the baby Sia. It’s not that they only fight, in fact one day after a fight they got intimate in front of their pre-teen kid Kubair which angered his parents. But this time again she blamed him for getting naughty with her.

According to the recent news Elesh broke his silence and said that she is continuously taking digs on him on small and big matters. He claimed that his once bride-to-be Rakhi is unable to separate reel life from real. She has tried to malign his image in front of media.

Apparently, TV star ,and famous item girl Rakhi has been caught on camera locking lips with Elesh, in spite of their break up rumours. The kissing action took place on the sets of ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’.



First, Ekta Kapoor conducted a unique audition where the actors had to kiss random people to get selected for her next project. Now, its controversy’s child Rakhi Sawant’s turn.

As reported, during the shoot, Rakhi was made to wear an empathy belly to gain first-hand experience of pregnancy and to feel the small problems related to pregnancy such as morning sickness, swelling of feet, backache, etc.

Her fiancé Elesh was very cooperative at that time and took a great care of his girl, he shared household chores and earned brownie points from Rakhi, for being a good partner. All of this culminated in a fit of passion where the couple ignored the camera and ended up kissing
each other.

So has their engagement been sealed with a kiss? The on screen smooch is not a big deal anymore.

Rakhi Sawant, now parenting on TV

Item girl Rakhi Sawant, is no more an item girl only.She is perfecting the role of a mother on NDTV Imagine's new reality show, Pati Patni Aur Woh.




To prepare for the show and pamper her kids on the show, she recently went on a shopping spree in the US to buy toys and clothes for the children she will be parenting on the show. At different times, Rakhi will be taking care of kids from different age group—from infant to adolescent on the show.

Rakhi purchased clothes for both boys and girls in the age group of six months to 10 years. When Rakhi packed her bags to go from Mumbai to Goa, where the show will be shot, her luggage weighed around 60 kg. To manage all the stuff, she took her assistant and managers so that the weight of the luggage could be divided.

But since contestants are only allowed a limited amount of luggage on the show, she decided to leave her own clothes rather than the gifts she bought for the kids.

Pati Patni Aur Woh will see Rakhi and her Canada-based businessman fiancé Elesh Parujanwala that she won over her in another reality TV show, Rakhi Ka Swayamvar, with other four other celebrity couples will relocate from their glamorous lives to become parents. They will have to take care of infants as well as adolescents in course of the show.

Shahid a real hero, saves Rakhi's life

Item song queen, Miss. Rakhi Sawant is all very grateful to the hero of Dil Bole Hadippa. She is mulling over Shahid Kapoor as the dashing star saved her life during the shoot of a song sequence Discowale Kishko…at the sets of the film.




In an interview Rakhi stated, “Today I’m alive, and that is just because of Shahid. I was about to meet with a fatal accident when he came to my rescue.”

Elaborating on the incident she says that while she was standing near a light stand after the shoot of a dance sequence, suddenly Shahid sipping his coffee came up to her. He just asked her to move aside and secured the light stand; she never noticed, but the stand was rickety and that light was almost dropping down on her.

Thankfully, Shahid came in at the right time for Rakhi's rescue.

“He is a really nice guy and it was fun to work with him. I also enjoyed working with a big star like Rani Mukherjee, and also told her that I am a big fan of her,” she concludes.We really hope to see Shahid making some reel life Dhoom on bikes too...afterall he is so brave. If not that we atleast wish to see this real life biker endorsing a bike brand like Hero Honda that has some really popular bikes in their kitty like Honda CB 1000R and Hero Honda Splendor.

Well, we wonder if Rakhi so charmed by her new prince charming, what happens to the ‘chosen one’ Elesh.

Rakhi Ka Swayamvar Real or Unreal

Rakhi Ka Swayamwar achieved everything a television reality show would possibly do. It had high TRPs, huge controversy and add to it a spice called Rakhi Sawant it could not have been any bigger on the small screen.




Queries are being raised on whether the Rakhi's swayamwar was just another scripted reality shows aimed at garnering high TRP ratings and ample Ad revenue.

The script had it that Rakhi would not to tie knot with anyone at the end of the show and the winner would choose money over Rakhi with the item queen seeking public sympathy. All was going well till two contestants who left the show at different times revealed the plot. The producers wanting the show to look authentic came out with a unique solution of Rakhi getting engaged rather that tying the knot at the end.

Its just two weeks since the grand finale and Rakhi Sawant has already began raising doubts over her fiancée Elesh Parujanwala. First she skipped his sister's wedding and then questioned his loyalty citing his multiple affairs in the past. She also said that she and Elesh weren't made for each other. Hang on Rakhi this is the same person you were going gaga praising just about 10 days ago.

We don't know that what is happening is real or unreal and if Rakhi ever had plans to get married on the NDTV Imagine show Rakhi Ka Swayamwar and her raising doubts over Elesh is just another plot. They believe Rakhi and Elesh are heading for a high profile split which will save the face for Rakhi as well as NDTV Imagine.

Well with Rakhi Sawant on the show, all that happens is just so uncertain.

Rakhi & Elesh on other reality show

After Rakhi Ka Swayamvar, Rakhi Sawant and Elesh Parujanwala intend to face the camera yet again for another reality show but this time with four other couples.

The show will be the Indian version of the famous UK reality show, The Baby Borrowers. It’s been hard enough to digest their engagement, but thrusting real babies and senior citizens into their care is a truly terrifying idea.

The other couples on the show are Shilpa and Apurva Agnihotri, Juhi and Sachin Shroff, Mouni Roy and Gaurav Chopra and the fifth couple is yet to be finalised. As per the concept of the original show, the five couples will have to literally grow up by setting up a home, getting a
job and becoming caring parents to babies, toddlers, pre-teens having pets, teenagers and take care of senior citizens all within the time span of three weeks.

Rakhi Ka Swayamvar increased the TRP of the NDTV channel and they wanted to follow it up with something equally big. This is perhaps channels best kept secret. That’s the reason they have signed on all the big couples from the TV industry. The format of the show is very interesting.

The channel was also keen to have Rakhi and Elesh as this would be the perfect stage for them to show their compatibility to the world.

We are working on two or three formats currently and everything will be finalised only by the weekend. We have been extremely busy with Rakhi Ka Swayamvar and now that it’s over, we are yet to decide which format to go ahead with, is what TV officials have to say. Commenting
on Rakhi and Elesh being part of the show, she said, “We have something in mind for them, but like I said, we would be in a better position to talk about it by next week.”

The show will be shot this month in Jaipur.

Sambhavna calls Rakhi biggest nautanki

Sambhavana Seth has once again commented on the mirchi girl Rakhi Sawant. This time Sambhavana calls Rakhi Sawant the biggest nautanki in the industry.
Sambhavana Seth has made some spicy comments recently in an interview. "The production house is very genuine and hence, it's an entertaining show but I don't know how much of it is true," says Sambhavana.

She also added to her statement that Rakhi wants people to believe that she is a nice, shy woman. But people in the industry very well know what kind of a person she is. We have worked together and I have seen her closely enough to know her real character.

Sambhavana Seth even states that the production house tried to invite her for Rakhi's wedding but she has refused, as she doesn't want to be a part of any drama.

FIR filed against Rakhi Sawant

An FIR has been filed against television drama queen Rakhi Sawant and five others. A local court in Jaipur ordered filing of case of forgery and violation of Copyright Act against them.

The list of accused include the executive director of the show, actor Ravi Kishen and Gaurav Gandhi, the managing director of NDTV Imagine and two others for their participation in the show.

The Judicial Magistrate in Jaipur ordered the filing of the FIR over the use of the word Swayamvar in her show Rakhi Ka Swayamvar. The complaint was filed by Gaurav Tiwari who owns the portal Swayamvar.com

Gaurav in his complaint clearly claimed that he had the copyright of the script and the word Swayamvar since 2008 and had also shown it to a private channel. He claimed that the script was used by NDTV Imagine in the reality show Rakhi Ka Swayamvar in an unauthorised way.

The show in which Rakhi Sawant would choose her future partner from among 16 contestants was to end on August 2 with the first of its kind televised swayamvar.

Rakhi had zeroed in on NRI Gujarati Elesh Parujanwala as her life partner. The producers would not mind the FIR as it will surely boost their TRP.

Rakhi kept Karva Chauth fast

The item girl Rakhi Sawant has already observed the Karva Chauth fast for not one but five men in the run up to her "swayamvar".

Rakhi, who surprised many when she decided to marry through NDTV Imagine's reality show "Rakhi Ka Swayamvar", is busy selecting an ideal groom on the show.

Not just that even the contenders Luv Khanna, Manas Katyal, Elesh Parujanwala, Chhitiz Jain and Manmohan Tiwari decided to support her and observed the fast with Rakhi.
Rakhi Sawant also bonded with four of her prospective mothers-in-law, when they went all the way to Udaipur's Fateh Garh Palace, where the show is being shot.

The mothers even took gifts for Rakhi. Luv's mother gifted her a bangle and a Ganesha idol, while Manas' mother cooked for her. Chhitiz's mother brought her some childhood memories of her son and Manmohan's mom presented her Ganga jal from their hometown Rishikesh.

The item girl-turned-actress made a handful of appearances in films like "Main Hoon Na" and also featured on Sony TV's reality show "Big Boss".

Remember Rakhi Sawant and her antics in Big Boss some years back, how can one forget that...isn't it?

Well, Palak seems to be following the blunt tongue lady and Rakhi's footsteps in Sony Entertainment Television's new show, "Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao".

She was seen gossiping like Rakhi with co-contestant Fiza over Shweta Tiwari’s image and clothes in Bhojpuri films. Then she referred to Chetan Hansraj as a ‘saand (bull)’ while he was taking a shower.

The item girl has now stated that she wants to be just like Draupadi from the Mahabharat, by marrying all 16 contenders from Rakhi Ka Swayamvar - the reality show in which she chooses her future husband.

Rakhi Sawant said in an interview that took place in Udaipur, "Like Draupadi in Mahabharata, I want to marry all 16 of the contestants because all of them are great people."

The 28-year-old also added that she has no favourites as all the contenders impress her. That sounds amazing!! The 16 men were selected from a total of 12, 515 entries nationwide.

While there are numerous shows devoted to love and dating, marriage was a different matter. The Devdaas queen, Madhuri Dixit’s Shubh Vivaah was the first show on Indian TV to enter that territory in 2001, but failed to woo audiences at the time.

“If it’s well-packaged and manages to captivate viewers, it could work,” says media analyst Anil Wanvari, “Marriage is a delicate subject. Girls in India lead a comparatively sheltered life.”

Anuradha Prasad, the production house’s managing director feels that this show is bound to be a success as marriage has great significance in the Indian context. “Every parent is looking for a groom or bride on matrimonial sites and in newspapers for their children. If you put a show together well and the audience is able to relate to it, it’s bound to be a success,” she says.

The show’s host, Mohnish Behl, says there are no such risks involved. “We will just introduce the boy and girl and their families to each other, give them the required information and make them answer important questions. Where the candidates take it from there is their business. There is no prize money or competition involved at all." He also adds that a show like this will work as it provides a service and has an anti-dowry message.
