Rakhi plans to quit B-Town

Bollywood’s item girl Rakhi Sawant has announced that she is planning to focus on her television career after she was left feeling cheated in Bollywood fraternity. The bold Rakhi Sawant expressed her disappointment after seeing her part cut in a recent Yash Raj venture.


In an interview, Rakhi Sawant said she gave her six months to Dil Bole Hadippa! But when the film released, her whole role was chopped off from the movie. So then the lady decided to say goodbye to the big screen…. Before finding success in a series of reality TV shows, Rakhi Sawant's work had been restricted to supporting characters in movies like Main Hoon Na and Krazzy 4. Rakhi Sawant also mentioned that she is no more interested working in Bollywood industry, while, the actress is quite happy with her work in small screen..

Rakhi Sawant in ‘Dil Bole Hadippa’

‘Dil Bole Hadippa’ is going to be released on 18 September,2009 . It is a presentation from the banner of “Yash Raj Films”. It is also the debut for Anurag Singh as a director. And most importantly it is the First time that Shahid Kapoor is pairing with Rani Mukherjee.




There are other names in the film one of them is Rakhi Sawant . After Rakhi ka Swayamvar it is going to be her first Big Screen presence. She is changing her role and look with the course of the time. All the followers would be interested to see her in this film and to what extent she has contributed in this movie.

Rakhi plays the role of Shanno Amritsari who is the desi bomb babe of the Jigri Yaar Dance Company. A dancing queen, she’s a dish who’s on everyone’s wish list.
