The Allahabad High court on Monday stayed the further proceedings in a criminal case against the item girl Rakhi Sawant against whom a criminal complaint was filed and she was call upon by a local court in Muzaffarnagar. The complainant, Narendra Singh has filed a criminal complaint against Rakhi Sawantbefore the Additional CJM Court, Muzaffarnagar under sections 500, 509, 120-B, 420 of the IPC claiming that in the reality show ‘Rakhi Ka Insaaf’ which she hosted had telecasted that his wife was married to another man Deo Bhardwaj. As speculated, the episode had insulted him in the society. The court therefore had summoned Rakhi. Rakhi Sawant has filed a criminal revision in the Allahabad High Court. We just hope that soon the actress would get the clean chit in the case!!!
